摘要 采用水热法,合成出Ce-MCM-41中孔分子筛。应用XRD、TG-DSC及BET等方法对其晶体结构、热稳定性以及孔结构进行表征。结果表明,将稀土金属铈引入分子筛MCM-41的骨架结构中,引发了分子筛MCM-41的结构变化,增大了孔结构,提高了热稳定性。所制备的Ce-MCM-41在苯乙烯的催化氧化中表现出了良好的催化性能,反应速率可达25.62%。 Medium pore Ce -MCM -41 molecular sieve had been prepared by hydrothermal method. Crystal structure, thermal stability and pore structure of Ce -MCM -41were characterized by XRD, TG- DSC and BET. The results indicated that Cerium ions had been introduced into framework of MCM -41 which caused the change in structure and the size increasing of pore inside of the molecular sieve. Thermal stability of Ce - MCM -41 molecular sieve was better than that of MCM -41. And the prepared Ce - MCM -41 molecular sieve was used for catalytic oxidation of styrene, its reaction rate was 25.62%.
