摘要 进行了人水和谐度量化研究,对分析人水关系、实现人水和谐具有重要意义。研究主要基于五元联系数和博弈辨识的结果进行评估计算。该方法利用五元联系数确定待评系统与不同级别的评价标准之间的联系数,按照博弈辨识结果确定各单指标的权重,通过确定和谐度计算的指标体系及标准、构造集对、确定单指标联系分量、确定综合联系数、确定联系分量系数、确定评价结果等步骤开展。并以郑州市为例,对研究区分别采用SMI-P法与集对分析进行人水和谐度评估,采用博弈辨识结果确定权重。与现有研究成果进行对比,结果整体接近,但个别年份有较大差别。博弈辨识确定的权重对最终结果产生了较大影响,更符合实际。 The quantitive research of human-water harmony degree evaluation is conducted in the paper,and it is important to realize the human-water harmony.Using the game-identification to decide the key factors in the human-water relationship,the paper evaluates the human-water harmony degree by five-element connection number in set pair analysis.In this method,the connection number of evaluating system and the reference standards can be calculate with five-element connection number,and the weights of different indexes can be determined by the game-identification.The method consists of 5 steps.Taking Zhengzhou City as the study area,the paper evaluates the human-water harmony degree by the SMI-P method and set pair analysis.Comparing to the current achievements,the results are similarly on the whole.But in individual years,the weights determined by game-identification can affect the result greatly,and this matches the reality better.
