高职院校校园制度文化包括规章制度、道德规范、人际交往方式、文娱活动方式等,其中校园规章制度是校园制度文化的主要表现。制定完善的规章制度并能很好地付诸实施是校园文化建设的保障。在具体实施中,要加强对校园规章制度意义的宣传;保持基本规章制度的实施的相对稳定性;创设实施规章制度的条件;校园规章制度执行过程中要注意策略。

Campus system culture in higher vocational colleges includes bylaw,ethics,interpersonal communication form,and entertainment activity form,among which campus bylaw is the main presentation of campus system culture.It is the guarantee to set up perfect bylaw and put it into good practice for constructing campus culture.In the specific practice,we should strengthen the publicity of the meaning of campus bylaw,keep the relative stability of implementing basic bylaw,create the condition of implementing bylaw,and pay attention to the strategy in the process of implementing bylaw.
