The problem of the development of female students has attracted many people＇s attention in the construction of harmonious campus.There exist many problems,such as study obstacle,employment confusion,psychology fragility,and material gain thought.The factors causing these problems are various,among which the main macro cause is that the change of social structure in transferring period,the change of social operating mode in transferring period,and the lag of educational mode when higher education enters popular times.Therefore,the education of morality,intelligence,physique and art should be developed particularly to promote the overall development of female students.
