A Comparison of the Low Carbon Growth amongst Countries

由于发展阶段、资源禀赋的差异,世界各国低碳发展水平存在着显著差异。论文选取世界132个国家和地区作为研究对象,采用人类发展指数的计算方法,对影响低碳发展的3个核心要素(人均碳排放、碳经济强度和碳能源强度)进行了综合分析,对132个国家和地区的人类发展指数和碳排放指数进行了层次划分,以期为各国低碳路线图的制定提供决策依据。

As the issue of climate change is getting serious,how to realize low-carbon development has become an arduous task confronting each country.Because of development stage,resources endowment,low carbon development level exist significant differences in the world.The thesis selects 132 countries and regions as research objects and human development index calculation method as reference.Through systematic analysis of 3 key low carbon elements,including carbon emissions per capita,carbon intensity of economy and carbon intensity of energy,the thesis carries out an overall analytic hierarchy of 132 countries and regions according to human development index and carbon emissions index.The research effect will provide the basis strategic decision for drawing up low carbon roadmap for all countries and regions.
