新建本科院校特色培育的路径及效能探析

Approach on Characteristic Cultivation of Newly Established Local Universities and Exploration & Analysis of Its Performances

重视特色发展已成为高等教育的主流意识和共同趋势,新建本科院校的特色培育直接影响其在高等教育体系中的生态位置、势力范围与可持续发展。本文认为:尊重传统、挖掘内源性优势,融合取优、创构新异性特质,定向服务、培植本土性优长是新建本科院校特色培育的有效路径;现实情境中的独特性、功能践履中的优质性、稳定流向中的发展性、错位竞争中的生态性是衡量其特色培育效能的重要维度。

It has been main-stream consciousness and common trend for advanced education to pay more attention to characteristic development.Characteristic development has direct influence on ecological positions,sphere of influence and sustainable development of newly established local universities in advanced education system.It is presented in the article that respect of tradition,excavation of endogenous advantages,fusion for optimization,creation of unique qualities,oriented service,and cultivation of local strengths are efficient approaches.Uniqueness in realistic situation,excellent quality in performance of functions and development in steady orientation and ecological properties in transposition competition are critical dimensions to measure performance of cultivation.
