摘要
应用植物数量性状"主基因+多基因混合遗传模型"方法,分析了辽粳371×辽粳326株高(plant height,PH)性状的遗传效应。结果表明:株高性状的遗传符合两对加性-显性-上位性主基因+加性-显性-上位性多基因混合遗传模型(E-0),两对主基因的加性效应分别为11.7和4.3,主基因遗传率为90.0%。经SSR标记,利用Qgene软件对该F2代群体进行QTL分析,在第9条染色体上检测到2个株高性状QTL位点qPH-9-1和qPH-9-2,LOD值分别为6.4和4.1,加性效应为24.2和4.1,贡献率为18.7%和12.3%。
Plant height(PH) trait of Liaojing371×Liaojing326 was analyzed by the mixed major gene plus poly-genes genetic model of quantitative traits.The results showed that PH trait was controlled by two major genes with additive-dominance-epistasis effects plus polygene with additive-dominance-epistasis effects(E-0 model).The two major genes showed additive effects as 11.7 and 4.3,respectively.The heritability of the two major genes was about 90.0%.SSR markers on F2 and Qgene software were used to analyze QTLs of this combination.Two gene loci qPH-9-1 and qPH-9-2 were positioned on Chromosome 9 with high LOD value 6.4 and 4.1,additive effects of 24.2 and 4.1,heritability of 18.7% and 12.3% respectively.
