11种蒲公英亲缘关系聚类分析

Phylogenetic Relationships of 11 Taraxacum Species

对11种蒲公英(Taraxacum)材料的34个形态性状进行统计,并对获得的信息数据运用数量分类学聚类方法进行UPGMA聚类分析。结果表明:在相似性系数为0.648可将供试材料分为3大组;几种蒲公英之间的相似性系数在0.43～0.82之间;供试材料的聚类与地理来源有很大的相关性。研究结果可为蒲公英种质的鉴别、创新及合理利用等提供理论依据。

Thirty-four morphological characters of 11 Taraxacum species,and the obtained information data were analyzed by the quantitative taxonomy cluster method.The results were as follows： The genetic similarity coefficient among all materials varied from 0.43 to 0.82.The 12cultivars were divided into3 types by a similar coefficient 0.648.The results of cluster analysis showed that the classification based on morphological characters of the tested cultivars was related to their origins.The results provided theoretical evidence for innovation and utilization of Taraxacum.
