摘要
从人参根际土壤中筛选到具有拮抗人参锈腐病菌(Cylindrocarpon destructans)生物活性的生防菌3株,其中菌株BS015和菌株HN01为细菌,抑菌圈直径分别为22.8mm和21.9mm。菌株Tri41为木霉菌,抑菌率达76.6%。对人参几种常见病原菌进行了抑菌试验,结果表明:对人参根腐病菌(Fusarium solani)、人参立枯病菌(Rhizoctonia solani)、人参黑斑病菌(Alternaria panax)、人参菌核病菌(Sclerotinia schinseng)均有一定的抑菌效果。结合16S rDNA分子鉴定和形态鉴定对3株菌株进行了鉴定,结果表明:菌株BS015为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis),菌株HN01为多粘芽孢杆菌(Paenibacillus polymyxa),菌株Tri41为哈茨木霉(Trichdema harzianum)。
Three strains against Cylindrocarpon destructans were isolated from Ginseng rhizosphere soil.Strain BS015 and strain HN01 were antagonistic bacteria with inhibition diameter 22.8mm and 21.9mm,respectively.Strain Tri41 was antagonistic fungi with inhibition rate 76.6%.The 3 strains showed a wide range of antagonism against pathogens,such as Fusarium solani,Rhizoctonia solani,Alternaria panax,Sclerotinia schinseng.Based on the phenotypic characteristics and analysis of the 16S rDNA fragment,strain BS015 was identified as Bacillus subtilis,strain HN01 as Paenibacillus polymyxa,and strain Tri41 as Trichdema harzianum.
