摘要 对D-412氨基膦酸型螯合树脂进行共聚改性,在聚合中引入含氟单体,在树脂骨架上引入氟元素制得氨基膦酸型含氟螯合树脂。最佳反应条件为:聚合配方中含氟单体选用甲基丙烯酸八氟戊酯(质量分数为0.8%),再经过氯甲基化、胺化、膦酸化反应。试验证明:该改性螯合树脂用于离子膜法烧碱盐水的二次精制,吸附性能得到提高,力学性能也得到提高,树脂破碎率远低于未处理的D-412螯合树脂。 Fluorinated amino phosphonic acid chelating resins were prepared by copolymerication modification of D-412 amino phosphonic acid chelating resins, which was accomplished by adding fluorine containing monomer during polymerization to introduce element fluorine onto resin skeleton. The optimal reaction conditions are that octafluoropentyl methacrylate with the dosage of 0.8% is used as the fluorine containing monomer in polymerization followed by chloromethylation, aminization and phosphorilation. Experiments proves that when the modified chelating resins are used in secondary refining of brine for ion-exchange membrane electrolysis, both their adsorptive capacity and their mechanical strength are improved, and their fragmentation rate is much lower than that of untreated D-412 chelating resins.
