Effects of mixing domestic salt and imported salt on running of ion-exchange membrane eletrolyzers

分析进口盐和国产盐对离子膜电解电耗的影响。说明多使用精制盐可以降低烧碱生产成本。指出精制盐使用过程中的注意事项,特别强调考虑精制盐的价格优势的同时不能忽略其对槽电压上升的影响。

Effect of imported salt and that of domestic salt on electricity consumption of ion-exchange membrane electrolysis were analyzed. The further use of refined salt could decrease production cost of caustic soda. Matters needing attention in use of refined salt were pointed out. It was emphasized that the effect of using refined salt on increase of cell voltage could not be ignored although the refined salt had the advantage of cheap price.
