异形浮动螺旋动力密封设计

Design of Special-shaped Floating Spiral Dynamic Seal

摘要 油田现用离心输油泵的轴封问题一直没有得到很好的解决,为此,研究设计了一种异形浮动螺旋动力密封装置。采用独特的锥形分段浮动螺旋、摩擦环式停车密封结构,综合了机械密封和动力密封的优点,使其能够自动调整密封压力、自动补偿螺旋摩损、自适应泵轴窜动。现场试验结果表明:被密封介质压力介于0.09~0.21MPa时,泄漏量不大于0.015L/min,温升小于67℃,工作过程中不会引起被密封介质的汽化,能满足输送一般液体介质密封的要求;当工作介质压力发生变化时,密封压力能够随之变化,密封效果较好。 The problem of shaft seal in current centrifugal pumps used in oilfield has not been solved perfectly,therefore,a kind of special-shaped floating spiral dynamic seal device is designed.Because this device uses unique cone subsection floating spiral and friction ring shutdown seal structure,and combines with the virtues of mechanical seal and drive seal,it can realize self-adjustment on sealing pressure,self-compensation on spiral wear and self-adaptivity on pump shaft shifting.The results from situ experiment indicate that the vaporization of sealed medium will not take place during running process,and seal requirements on general liquid medium can be satisfied when the pressures of sealed medium is from 0.09 MPa to 0.21 MPa.leakage volume is not more than 0.015 L min and temperature rise is less than 67 'C.The sealing pressure can change with the change of running medium's pressure with a better sealing effectiveness.
