原油含水率测定误差的产生原因与处理措施 被引量:7

摘要 原油含水率测定误差对交接计量双方的利益影响较大,结合胜利油田分公司油气集输总厂的原油交接计量现状,对原油含水率测定过程中的取样和样品处理两个环节进行影响因素分析。取样时间间隔长和原油的不均匀稳定性是手工取样存在误差的主要因素;管道流动条件、取样探头的安装位置和取样器的取样方式则会影响自动取样取得样品的代表性和准确性。减小取样误差,应根据SY/T5317-2006的要求,选用合适的自动取样器取样;采集时间比例样,需考虑油品性质和流量变化。减小样品处理误差,在实验分析之前,需根据GB/T8929-2006保障样品的均化程度。 Measurement errors in water cut of crude oil has a negative effect on the benefits of two parties in custody transfer metering.According to the technology status of the custody transfer metering of crude oil used in the Oil & Gas Gathering Complex in Sheng-Li Oilfield Sub-company,the factors which influence the sampling and sample handling in process of water cut measurement of crude oil are analyzed.The main factors of manual sampling errors involve in the too long time's sampling interval and the non-uniform stability of crude oil.The sample's representative and accuracy of automatic sampling are affected by flow regime,installation location of sampling probe and sampling mode of sampler In order to reduce the sampling error,based on the requirements of China Petroleum Standard SY T5317-2006.the automatic sampler should be appropriate,and furthermore,oil property and flowrate variation should be considered for the proportional sample of time.To reduce the sample handling error,the homogenization degree of sample should achieve the requirements which described in GB T8929-2006(China National standard)before experimental analysis.
