压缩机组差压式液位计运行故障与处理 被引量:1

Operation Malfunction and Recovery of Differential Pressure Type Liquid Level Gauge for Compressor

摘要 液位是压缩机组运行中需要重点监控的参数之一,而差压式液位计则是在压缩机组中应用最为广泛的一种液位测量仪表。以西气东输沁水压气站压缩机组为例,基于差压式液位计的工作原理及其与运行机组之间的逻辑关系,对差压式液位计的运行故障和问题进行分析,并提出了排除故障和解决问题的方法:对于不带密封罐的液位计,使用矿物油替换旋风分离器下腔内含有水分的轻烃,可避免冬季在引压管内出现结冰现象,保证液位计的测量准确性;对于带密封罐的液位计,确保密封罐内合成油的液位高度,及时向其内加注合成油,即可解决液位计低报警的问题。 Liquid level is one of the key parameters to be monitored during the running of compressor unit,and the differential pressuretype liquid level gauge is a liquid level instrument most widely used in the compressor unit Taking the compressor unit in QinshuiCompressor Station in West—to—East Gas Pipeline as an example.operation malfunction and problems in differential pressure typeliquid level gauge are analyzed and the methods to eliminate the malfunction and solution are put forward based on the workingprinciple of differential pressure type liquid level gauge and its logical relationship with running unit For the liquid level gaugewithout seal pot,1ight dydrocarbon containing water in the seal pot of cyclone separator is replaced by mineral oil,which canavoid the tube from freezing in winter and ensure measurement’s accuracy;for the liquid level gauge with seal pot,the liquid levelof synthetic oiI should be ensured,and the synthetic oiI should be added timely in order to improve the alarming at low level
