温州市《鹿城区志》记述民营经济、养老保险体现时代特征

Accounts of Privately-run Economy and Endowment Insurance in Lucheng District Records of Wenzhou City Embody Features of Our Age

温州市《鹿城区志》是温州市第二轮修志的首部区志。该志记述1984～2003年间温州市民营经济由萌芽到发展直至繁荣的时期。温州市《鹿城区志》记述了民营经济、非公党建、依托优秀民营企业创建异地籍青少年帮教基地,率先实行社会养老保险,以及专业职称评审向股份、非公有制企业延伸等新生事物。地方志编纂者需要研究记述的对象,充分记述改革开放以来的新生事物,才能编纂出具有时代特征的好志书。

Lucheng District Records of Wenzhou City is the first district records in the second-round compilation of Wenzhou records.It has recorded the period of 1984-2003 during which the privately-run economy of Wenzhou saw its emergence,development,and flourishing.It has also recorded newly emerged things such as privately-run economy,Communist Party construction in the non-public sector,creation of non-native juvenile aid and education bases with supports from outstanding privately-run businesses,leading role in implementing social and endowment insurances,and extending professional titles appraisal to corporations and non-public sector businesses.In order to compile good local records with features of our age,compilers need to research the objects of the records,and to record in fullness the newly emerged things since opening up and reform.
