香格里拉县农网改造与建设

Upgrade and construction of rural power network in Shangri-la County

香格里拉县地处高海拔严寒地区,交通极为不便,经济基础薄弱,电力发展相对滞后,农村电网布局不合理,近年来通过国家实施西部大开发战略后,通过实施了村村通电、以电代燃、农网一、二期建设与改造,取得一定成绩,同时为开拓香格里拉县电力市场逐步走向规范化奠定了一定的基础。总结了一些在高海拔地区实施农网建设与改造的经验。

Shangri-la County is located in area at high elevation with very inconvenient communication,weak economic base,relative backward electrical power construction,improper arrangement of rural power network.Since China＇s western region development strategy was implemented in recent years,every village has been connected with electrical power network;electricity is used in lieu of firewood;upgrade and construction of 1st-and 2nd-stage rural power network had been carried out to certain extent,which laid foundation for standardization of power market in Shangri-la County.The author also summarized the experience of rural power network construction and upgrade in areas at high elevation.
