摘要
基于部队实际科研任务,设计了一种针对某型火控系统性能和故障检测的测试仪,检测仪分为上位机和下位机两大部分,上位机软件完成人机交互、检测流程控制、检测结果的分析处理和输出显示、故障诊断等,下位机设计主要包括检测信号的产生、信号调理、数据采集等部分;通过实装试验,该系统使用方便,判定故障快速有效,提高了某型火控系统的维修保障效率。
Based on army's research task,we develop a kind of instrument for a Fire Control System(FCS).which is divided into host computer and lower ones,The host computer's software is used to complete human-computer interactions,control the testing process,diagnosis the fault,make the analysis and processing of the results,and display the output,and so on.The lower computer include the test signals Producing Module,condition signals Module,data acquisition Module,and some others.Through the testing on the actual equipment,the system is easy to use,which can determine faults quickly and efficiency.
