摘要 为了远程实时监测陶瓷窑炉运行状况,采用两层结构设计陶瓷窑炉远程监测系统;重点阐述了陶瓷窑炉远程监测系统软件关键技术的实现,以c#语言开发远程实时数据监测Activex控件,以Asp.net、javascript技术开发web服务器,利用Office Web组件实现了远程监测实时数据的呈现;以陶瓷窑炉预热带、烧成带和冷却带温度参数为试验研究对象进行了验证,试验结果表明:监测系统能够准确的呈现窑炉温度值,无数据丢失;系统软件能够满足陶瓷窑炉远程监测的要求,具有一定的应用前景。 For monitoring the real-time state of Ceramic kiln,the remote monitoring system is designed with a two-tier structure.The key technology in the Ceramic kiln remote monitoring system software,which include remote real-time data monitoring Activex control development with c# language,web server development with asp.net and javascript technology,remote real-time data rendering with office web component is described.The system is tested by experiment whose target is to monitor temperature parameters in preheating zone,burning zone,and cooling zone of ceramic kiln.The experiment show that the parameters can be rendered by the system and there is no data lost.The system can satisfy the requirement of ceramic kiln remote monitoring.The system software has a certain application prospects.
