摘要
设计了指令接收软件,使井下导向工具检测与识别下传控制指令,完成井下指令信息的接收,实现下行通讯;下行通讯选用钻井液脉冲法传递信息,采用泥浆脉冲的三降三升传送控制指令代码,在井下采用涡轮电机作为信息的接收装置;指令接收软件所作的数据处理有:对电机输出电压的阈值进行判断,对泥浆传输中的各种干扰进行剔除,对内部脉冲进行计数以实现脉宽计时,并对脉宽计时值进行处理以最终得到控制指令字;当接收的电压脉冲信号的脉宽为T、T、T、T、2T时,解释得到的控制指令代码为11112;实验证明,应用此指令接收软件能正确地为井下工具接收地面监控命令,解决从地面向井下的数据传输问题。
Receiving software is designed to help control commands from ground to be detected and be identified by downhole steering tools and to be received in the bottom of the well,so that downward communication is realized.The downward information has been sent in the form of negative pulse of mud drilling fluid in downward communication.The codes of control commands have been transmitted by three-descending and three-ascending of pulse of mud,and have been received by downhole motor as a receiving device.The data is processed by receiving software as follows: to find the threshold value of the output of the downhole motor,to remove the various signal channel interferences,to perform timing function for the width of the pulse,and to deal with the date to get the control commands.when the time of the pulse persistence is T-T-T-T-2T,there is a code of control commands as 11112.It is proved that the receiving software could be used to receive rightly control commands from ground to downhole tool,so that the problem of downward communication could be resolved.
