摘要
北京至绥远段铁路是我国西北地区主要的交通干线,是在我国第一条自主修建的干线铁路京张铁路的基础上展修而成,京绥铁路在军事政治经济上都有重要作用。该路在内蒙古地区的修建正值民国北洋政府时期,铁路建设骨干人员仍以修建京张铁路人员为主要组成部分,铁路修建技术已经成熟。在修建过程中,路线测勘与选线及施工过程都比较艰难,特别是由于当时国内时局动荡,资金不能及时到位,只得靠铁路自身余利展修,以路养路,通过多次募集筹资,这种形式在当时是非常艰难的。在艰难行进的过程中,资金不足、军事干扰,使得铁路自身质量及附属设施如站房、信号等不能得到正常的保证。
Beijing-Suiyuan railroads were main lines of communication in northwestern China.They were the extension of Jingzhang railways built independently by Chinese people for the first time.Jingsui railways played an important role in military,political and economic fields.They were built in the period of Bei Yang government.Key construction members were made up of those who had built Jingzhang railways,and their technique of building railroads had become mature.During the construction of Jingsui railroads,the measurement and selection of routes and the construction of the railways were very difficult,especially because the situation at that time was in a turbulent period of history.In that case,the capital cannot be put in the right place timely.Therefore,money was raised for many times,besides the meager profit of railways,to keep the construction going on.Although the railways were finished,the quality of railways and the accessory establishment,such as railway stations and signals failed to meet the standards due to money shortage and military interference.
