A Study of the Analysis System of the Harmony Integration of Privacy Enterprise Senior Team

首先对中国民营企业高层团队和谐整合分析系统进行了研究,提出了民营企业高层团队系统和谐性研究的必要性。在企业高层整合和谐性分析模型和框架结构的基础上,通过对"环境—特征—过程"的"3C"范式的研究,结合系统论方法,构建了民营企业高层和谐性分析系统。最后通过民营企业高层和谐性分析系统研究,为我国民营企业积极打造高效的和谐团队提供了一条明晰的发展路径。

By a study on the harmony integration analysis system of the high-level team of Chinese private enterprises,the model named the harmony integration analysis of the senior team is proposed.Furthermore,the paper presents the ＇3C＇system based on the harmony integration analysis of private enterprises combined with the relevant content of System Theory,which originated from the Circumstance-Character-Course.Finally,the paper provides a indentify path for our country Private enterprises making effective harmonious team positively.
