摘要
以中国的自然和社经情况为基础，综合论述了中国土壤侵蚀与水土保持的特点。重点分析了人为活动影响下土壤侵蚀发展的严重性及其防治特点；水土保持与农业持续发展及大江大河治理的紧密联系。讨论了土壤侵蚀与水土保持研究的重大问题及学科发展。
Based on the natural and social situation of China,the characteristics of soil erosion and soil and water conservation were analyzed comprehensively in China.It also analyzed the serious problem of accelerated soil erosion by human activities and its special control measurements.In addition,the relationship of soil and water conservation to sustainable agricultural development and river system management was discussed.Further more,it brought some perspective sight on the scientific development of soil erosion and the key issues in soil and water coservation of China.
