摘要
目的探讨旅行者应对艾滋病威胁的策略。方法用文献回顾法确定旅行者所面临的艾滋病威胁的原因。结果导致旅行者面临艾滋病严重威胁的原因有:现行严重的艾滋病疫情、艾滋病防治体系诸多的薄弱环节、HIV阳性旅行者及旅行者自身的人群特征。结论控制艾滋病对旅行者的威胁可行的策略是:完善艾滋病防治体系的各个环节、提高旅行者及HIV阳性旅行者的社会经济地位、保障HIV阳性旅行者的权利、促进旅行者自身的良好生活方式。
Objective：This paper discusses coping strategies of avoiding HIV infection on travelers. Methods The grounds of HIV threats on travelers are clarified by literature review. Results Travelers are highly exposed to and threatened by HIV infection for many reasons：the current severe epidemic situation,the weak links of AIDS control systems,and the group characteristics of both HIV positive and negative travelers. Conclusion There are several feasible measures to administrate on travelers against HIV threat,including the improvement of AIDS control systems,raising social status of both HIV positive and negative travelers,guarantee on the rights of HIV positive travelers,arousal of travelers＇ awareness on healthy living habits.
