游客对武夷山旅游区食品安全的认知及满意度 被引量:1

The cognition and satisfaction of tourists on food safety in Wuyi Mountain Scenic Area

摘要 目的了解游客对旅游区食品安全的认知和满意度,从而获知旅游区食品安全的现状,探讨存在的不足,为相关部门制定政策提供参考。方法采取定量调查和定性研究相结合的方法。结果游客对食品安全认知水平不高,对武夷山旅游区食品安全满意度处于中上水平,并把超市作为食品消费的首选场所。结论政府应加强对旅游区食品安全监管,开展全民食品安全知识宣传教育,提高游客对食品安全的认知程度;超市应作为监控重点;食品生产经营者应建立健全自身的管理体制。 Objective:To investigate the cognition and satisfaction of tourists on food safety in Wuyi Mountain Scenic Area,then to know the status of food in Scenic Area,to probe the existing deficiency,to provide reference for related departments in making policy. Method:The method of combining Quantitative and qualitative research. Result:The cognition of tourists on food safety standards is not high. The satisfaction of tourists on food safety in Wuyi Mountain Scenic Area is in the middle and upper level. Tourists first select supermarket to buy food. Conclusion:The government should strengthen the supervision of food safety in Scenic Area,conduct education on food safety knowledge to the public,improve visitor' awareness of food safety. The related departments should focus their attention on supermarket. Food producers and traders should establish and improve their own management system
