团体心理治疗对癔症人格的焦虑患者治疗效果的比较研究

Comparison of Therapeutic Effect of Group Psychotherapy to Anxiety Patients with Hysteria Personality

目的比较研究团体心理治疗对癔症人格焦虑患者治疗效果。方法选择癔症人格的焦虑患者50名,分成2组,各25名为一组。实验组给以团体心理治疗,对照组不接受任何心理干预。采用汉密尔顿(HAMD)焦虑量表进行前后测量。结果实验组癔症人格焦虑患者的HAMD评分明显低于对照组,且存在统计学意义(t=3.674,P=0.001)。结论团体心理治疗明显改善了癔症人格焦虑患者的焦虑症状,同时在一定程度上增加临床治疗效果,缩短临床治疗病程。

Objective To compare therapeutic effect of group psychotherapy to anxiety patients with hysteria personality.Methods A total of 50 anxiety patients with hysteria personality were divided into two groups,each group was 25 patients.We took group psychotherapy in the experimental group,while the control group did not receive any psychological intervention. Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale （HAMD） was measured in the study.Results The HAMD score of anxiety patients with hysteria personality was significantly lower than that of control group, and there were statistically significant（t=3.674,P=0.001）.Conclusion Group psychotherapy significantly improved anxiety symptoms of anxiety patients with hysteria personality, increased clinical effect and shorten the clinical course of disease.
