摘要
目的探讨新兵社会适应评价标准,为部队评价新兵适应性提供依据。方法采用现场研究的范式,4名军事心理学专业人员对某部8个新兵连的16名军官和64名士兵进行结构式访谈,采用关键事件技术分别找出适应性良好与适应性差的行为事件。结果经过关键词编码归纳出17项评价新兵社会适应的标准。经282名新兵对其重要性排序,12个条目作为最终评价标准。12名专家将此12个条目分为3类,分别为人际关系、工作态度和工作水平。结论本研究结果具有良好的生态效度,可在此基础上编制新兵社会适应量表,为部队管理提供有效工具。
Objective To develop the Social adaptation criteria for recruits.Methods The field research paradigm was used to study the social adaptation criteria for recruits based on Chinese culture. Structured interview was taken in 16 officers and 64 soldiers from 8 recruits companies by 4 military psychological experts, and then behavior events of good adaptation and bad adaptation were identified through critical events technique.Results A total of 12 items were selected as the criteria from the investigation results of 282 recruits. All of the 12 items were divided into three categories as Interpersonal Relationship, Work Attitude and Work Performance by 12 experts.Conclusion The study has a high ecological validity, and it is needed to organize the measure scale to improve the army management.
