摘要
目的了解当前大学生的研究性学习现状,探讨其与专业承诺和成就动机的关系。方法采用大学生专业承诺量表和成就动机量表以及自编的研究性学习问卷对630名在校本科生进行测量并分析。结果①大学生自评研究水平在性别与学科上均存在显著差异(F=33.13,P<0.001;F=5.89,P<0.01),男生显著高于女生,理科生显著高于文科生和工科生;大学生是否愿意采用研究性学习这种方式在学科方面差异显著,理科生比文科生和工科生更愿意采用研究性的学习方式(F=5.89,P<0.01);②大学生专业承诺和成就动机与研究性学习关系密切,专业承诺与追求成功的动机对研究性学习有显著预测作用。结论大学生对所学专业的承诺感和追求成功的动机有助于大学生对专业学习的探索和研究。
Objective To have a understanding of the research study of current undergraduates, and to explore the relationship among professional commitment, achievement motivation and research study.Methods We measured 630 undergraduates with professional commitment scale, achievement motivation scale and self-designed questionnaire of research study.Results ①The research showed that sex and subject played significantly different roles in undergraduates' research level(F=33.13,P〈0.001;F=5.89,P〈0.01), males students' scores were much higher than females, and science students' scores were much higher than arts students and engineering students; compared to arts students and engineering students, science students were more likely to use the research-based study(F=5.89,P〈0.01). ②Multi-regression analysis indicated that there was significant relationship among undergraduates' professional commitment, achievement motivation and research study,the professional commitment and the motivation of pursuing success had significant prediction to research study.Conclusion The professional commitment and the motivation of pursuing success were contribute to undergraduates' research on professional learning.
