摘要
通过对煤样进行热解实验,研究了新峪煤业公司5110工作面主采10#、11#煤层自然发火特性,测定了煤样在不同热解温度下CO、CO2、CH4、C2H4、C2H6等气体的浓度,确定了这些气体的检出温度。在实验研究的基础上,结合指标气体优选原则,分析了自然发火指标气体随温度变化的规律性,选出了适合本矿煤层自然发火预测预报的指标气体,对提高煤炭自燃早期预测预报的准确度和矿井防火有重要指导意义。
This paper investigates the properties of the spontaneous combustion and firing of the 10#、11# coal seam of 5110 workface in xinyu Coal-mine through some hydrogenation experiments on coal samples,measures the concentration of some gases under different temperature,such as CO,CO2,CH4,C2H4,C2H6 gas,and confirms the arisen temperature of those gases.On the basis of the experimental study and with the principles of the optimal selection of index gases,this paper also analyzes the concentration variation trait according to different temperature on index gases and selects the index gases to predict and forecast the coal spontaneous combustion in this coal mine.It is significant to improve the accuracy of coal spontaneous combustion prediction and prevention of mine fire.
