摘要
目的：论证制药企业这一特殊市场主体在保障药品可及性工作中的重要作用。方法：通过规制经济学外部性与外部性分析探讨了制药企业在提高药品可及性工作中的影响，并对制药企业在我国药品可及性工作中的六方面工作重点进行了分析。结果与结论：制药企业对于我国药品可及性工作具有重要作用，并且开展这项工作也会对企业带来利益。
Objective： To discuss the important role that the pharmaceutical corporations play in the drug access programme. Methods： Using the regulation economic methods and the external analysis, discussion was made on the influence of pharmaceutical corporations＇ increasing the drug access programme, and analysis was made on six aspects. Results and Conclusion： The pharmaceutical corporations can play an important role in the drug access programme in China, and this work will bring benefits to the enterprises, too.
