302例住院患者抗菌药物应用分析

Analysis of the Use of Antibiotics for 302 Inpatients

目的：评价住院患者抗菌药物的应用情况，为临床合理应用抗菌药物提供参考。方法：采用回顾性调查分析的方法．随机抽取201O年1—6月出院患者病历302份，对其抗菌药物使用情况进行统计分析。结果：抗菌药物使用率为85．43％．共涉及10大类32个品种抗菌药物，在抗菌药物应用目的方面，预防性用药占6473％．治疗性用药占3411％。主要是头孢菌素二代为主，用药以二联为主．围手术期药物使用等最为严重。结论：多数科室均不同程度的存在抗菌药物不合理应用现象．应加强抗菌药物使用的监督管理．规范医生的用药行为，进一步提高合理用药水平。

Objective： To provide reference for reasonable application of antibiotics by evaluating the use of antibiotics in our hospital. Methods： A total of 302 clinical records of discharged cases were randomly selected from January to June of 2010, We made a retrospective investigation on the use of antibiotics in these records. Results： Among 302 cases, The application rate of antibiotics reached 85.43%, involved 32 kinds of antibiotics and 10 types. In terms of the application purpose,the rate for preventive use was 64.73% and for therapeutic use was 34.11%. The most common antibiotics were the third generation of cephalosporin, most of them were used combination of two drugs; the use of antibiotics during perioperative stage was serious. Collusion： Most departments have different levels of unreasonable application of antibiotics, so they should strengthen supervision and management of antimicrobial drug use, normative acts of a doctor＇s prescribing behavior, to further enhance the level of rational use of drug.
