摘要
教师幸福是幸福教育的前提,是引领学生走向幸福人生的重要资源。学生的幸福人生只能在幸福的教育场景中展开,而幸福的教育场景不是教师置身事外设计出来的,离不开教师本人幸福生活的演绎。然而众多调查显示,教师的总体职业倦怠率居高不下,幸福感较低,从而影响幸福教育的成效。本文从社会和教师两方面探讨幸福教育的主导——教师幸福。
The happiness of teacher is essential to the Happiness education and it is an important resource to lead student to happiness life. Student's happy life is developed in the scene of happiness education, and the scene can not be designed by teacher who has a Miserable life. But many survey show that teacher has a high rate of Occupational fatigue which affecting happiness education. This paper discusses teacher's happiness from the two aspects of social and the teaching profession.
