摘要
文章简要介绍了非对称多型腔注射模流动平衡产生的机理,并借助于数值模拟技术对非对称多型腔模具的流动平衡进行分析,在流动平衡分析基础上对浇注系统进行优化设计。从分析结果可知:浇注系统对非对称多型腔注射模的流动平衡性影响非常显著,从而为促进非对称多型腔注射模的流动平衡提供了借鉴作用。
The forming mechanism of flow balance in dissymmetrical more cavity injection molds was described. And the flow balance of the dissymmetrieal more cavity injection molds was analyzed by means of simulation technology. The injection system was optimazed based on the flow balance. From the analysis result, the injection system played a key role on the flow balance of the dissymmetrical more cavity injection molds which provided the function of use referee for the flow balance of the dissymmetrical more cavity injection molds.
