CS/PVA交联复合膜的制备及其阻醇性和稳定性 被引量:1

摘要 制备不同壳聚糖含量的壳聚糖(CS)/聚乙烯醇(PVA)复合膜,然后用戊二醛(GD)进行交联处理,使用FTIR、GC-MS、DSC和TGA等手段研究交联膜结构及壳聚糖含量和戊二醛用量对复合膜的力学性能、耐水性、热稳定性、化学稳定性和甲醇渗透率的影响。经研究发现,随着壳聚糖含量的提高,甲醇渗透率先减小后增大,当壳聚糖含量占膜总质量30%时,甲醇透过率为最低,膜的稳定性和力学性能均得到良好的改善,且当交联剂戊二醛含量占膜总质量2%时甲醇渗透率为最低。 The composited membranes of polyving akohol with different content chitosan were prepared, and then crosslinked with glutaraldehyde( GD). By the methods of FTIR, GC-MS, DSC TGA, the membrane construction, the influences of chitosan and glutaraldehyde content on mechanical properties, water resistance, thermal property, chemical stability and methanol permeability of the membranes. The results showed, with increasing of the chitosan content, the methanol permeability first decreased,then increased, when the chitosan content arrived at 30 wt% of the total mass of membrane, the methanol permeability reached the lowest, stability and mechanical properties of the membranes achieved better improvement, and when the content of glutaraldehyde arrived 2 wt% of the total mass of membrane,methanol permeability was the lowest.
