摘要
复配磷氮复合阻燃剂FRs,利用FRs与有机黏土CLAY对聚酯型TPU进行阻燃,研究聚酯型TPU体系的阻燃与力学性能。结果表明:当FRs的添加量为18%、CLAY的添加量为1%时,聚酯型TPU体系的阻燃性能可达UL94 V-0级,LOI达32.8%;与纯聚酯型TPU相比,拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和撕裂强度分别降低了48.7%、39.4%和11.1%。
A compound of phosphorus-nitrogen flame retardant FRs was composed. The fire-retardant properties and mechanical properties of the system were studied when FRs and organic clay CLAY were added to the polyester-based TPU. The results showed when the adding amounts of FRs and CLAY were 18 % and 1% ,respectively, the fire-retardant properties of system could achieve UL-94 V-0, and the LOI could reach 32.5 %. Compared with pure polyester-based TPU, the tensile strength,elongation at break and tear strength were decreased by 48.7 % ,39.4 % and 11.1% ,respectively.
