摘要
用八溴二苯醚(OBDPO)和三氧化二锑(Sb2O3)的复配阻燃剂、导电炭黑(CB)、滑石粉(Talc)与聚丙烯(PP)熔融挤出制备阻燃抗静电聚丙烯。分别研究复配阻燃剂含量、CB含量和Talc含量对复合材料的垂直燃烧性能、表面电阻率及热稳定性能的影响。研究结果表明:当复合材料中复配阻燃剂、CB及Talc质量含量分别为30%、8%、6%时,体系的垂直燃烧性能达到FV-0级,同时表面电阻率达到3.14×104Ω。
Using the compound of oetabromobiphenyl ether (OBDPO) and Sb203 as composite flame retardant, The composite was prepared by carbon black (CB) , tale and polypropylene (PP) in twin-screw extruder . The effect of the contents on vertical eombustion, surface resistivity and thermal stability behavior was studied. The results showed that the vertical combusting grade of the composite came up to FV-0, and the surface resistivity was 3. 14 × 10 4 Ω when the contents of the compound flame retardant,CB and talc were 30 % ,8 % and 6 % ,respectively.
