摘要
冷却塔在石化行业有着广泛的应用。文章从工程实际出发,介绍了各种冷却塔的特点及其选用原则,提出:在满足热性能要求的前提下,应尽量选用开式冷却塔,而开式冷却塔中应首选换热效率高的填料塔;对于闭式冷却塔,应首选有填料预冷却的形式,特别是考虑到冬季抗冻能力,寒冷地区应慎用横流闭式冷却塔。文章还从冷却塔组的风路控制和闭式冷却塔的节能优化设计两个方面,介绍了冷却塔的节能方法。
Cooling tower has extensive application in petrochemical industry. Based on the practice in project, this paper introduced the characteristics of various cooling towers and the selecting principles, and pointed out that on the premise of meeting thermal property demand, open circuit cooling tower should be the first choice, and those with high heat -exchange efficiency packing tower should be the best; as for closed circuit cooling tower,those with fixture of pre - cooling for packing should be the first choice, while in cold region, cross - closed circuit cooling tower should be avoided in viewing of its freeze proof ability. The energy - conserving methods of cooling tower were also introduced in respects of air path controlling of cooling tower system and optimized design of closed circuit cooling tower for energy conservation.
