铜及铜合金大气腐蚀影响因素的灰色关联分析 被引量:6

Gray Correlation Analyses of Influence Factors on Atmospheric Corrosion of Copper and Copper Alloys

摘要 采用灰色关联方法,对现场暴露试验得到的10种铜及铜合金在我国七个典型大气环境试验站1年和10年两个周期的大气腐蚀速率进行了污染物和气象因素影响的关联分析。结果表明,对铜及铜合金大气腐蚀影响最大的污染物因素是SO_2,气象因素是平均湿度、降露日数和最低温度。 Atmospheric corrosion of copper and copper alloys was investigated at seven test stations in China over 10 year exposure.Correlations between corrosion rate of copper alloys and influence factors including environmental factors and alloying elements were studied by using gray relational analysis method.The results showed that the most remarkable factor of atmospheric pollutants which affected the corrosion rate of copper and copper alloys was SO_2, while the most notable factor of meteorology was average humidity,the number of days of dew and the lowest temperature.
