摘要
高炉煤气采用干式布袋除尘工艺后,其输配系统煤气管道内壁短期出现严重腐蚀现象,危害着生产安全。为此,采用试验手段筛选了防腐蚀涂料,对京唐5500m^3高炉煤气管道内壁采用乙烯基树脂玻璃鳞片胶泥及配套底面涂料进行防护。半年多的生产运行情况表明,该涂层腐蚀防护效果显著。
Serious corrosion inside pipe apperared after dry dedusting system was used to purify Blast Furnace Gas （BFG）,which influenced the safe operation of plant.The anti-corrosion paint was selected through experiments and used in Jingtang project.Obvious anti-corrosion effectiveness was shown in practical production for half-year.
