摘要
在联系当前产生的世界经济危机引起对新自由主义经济学反思的背景下,通过分析作为新自由主义经济学代表的新制度经济学的演进、理论体系的伪科学性及其与此次世界金融危机的关系,对我国经济体制改革中照搬西方新制度经济学理论和改革路径,主张全面私有化的"主流经济学"思维进行了分析和评论。我国实行社会主义市场经济改革,不是将社会主义生产关系变成资本主义生产关系,将公有制变为私有制,而是要在坚持公有制为主体的前提下完善生产关系,通过理顺公有产权关系来完善社会主义经济体制。
Under the circumstances of the retrospection of the neo-liberal economics caused by the current world economic crisis,so called 'mainstream economics',which advocated the complete privatization and the theories and paths of western new institutional economics,is criticized by dint of analyzing the evolution of new institutional economics,its pseudo-scientific theoretical system,and its relationship with the world financial crisis.And then,it is pointed out that China's socialist market economic reform should not turn the socialist relations of production into capitalist production relations.It is argued the socialist economic system should be improved through rationalization of public ownership relationship on the basis of the public ownership.
