摘要
目的:建立线性扫描伏安法(LSV)和循环伏安法(CV)等电化学方法测定头孢拉定胶囊含量的方法。方法:工作电极为多壁碳纳米管修饰玻碳电极(MWCNT/GCE),参比电极为Ag/AgC(l饱和KCl溶液)电极、辅助电极为铂丝电极。结果:在优化试验条件下,还原峰电流与头孢拉定浓度在5.0×10-6~1.0×10-4mol·L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9973),检测限为1.7×10-6mol·L-1,平均加样回收率为99.8%,RSD=1.02%(n=9)。结论:该方法简单、快速、灵敏,可用于头孢拉定各种剂型的质量分析。
OBJECTIVE:To develop linear sweep voltammetry(LSV) and cyclic voltammetry(CV) for the content determination of Cefradine capsules.METHODS:Multi-wall carbon nanotube modified glassy carbon electrode(MWCNT/GCE) was used as working electrode,Ag/AgCl(saturated KCl solution) electrode was used as reference electrode and supporting electrode was platinum electrode.RESULTS:Under the optimized experimental conditions,the reduction peak current varying linearly with the concentration of cefradine ranged from 5.0×10-6 to 1.0×10-4 mol·L-1(r=0.997 3) with a detection limit of 1.7×10-6 mol·L-1.The average recovery was 99.8%(RSD=1.02%,n=9).CONCLUSION:The method is simple,rapid and sensitive and can be used for the content determination of cefradine in various dosage forms.
