苯乙烯装置蒸汽凝液管网水锤发生原因分析 被引量:7

摘要 针对某石化企业苯乙烯装置蒸汽凝液管网多处发生水锤现象,基于压头守恒方法和集中蒸汽空化模型(DVCM)建立了蒸汽凝液管网的水力学分析模型,对蒸汽凝液管网进行模拟,并对实际管网中发生水锤现象具体位置的压力变化进行了详细分析,从而找出蒸汽凝液管网水锤现象发生的主要原因。分析结果表明,管线内流体压力过低以及不同压力蒸汽凝液混合致使管网空化现象严重是蒸汽冷凝液管网存在水锤的主要原因。 A hydraulic model which is based on pressure balance and DVCM is built to find out the reason of water hammer phenomena of the steam condensate pipe of styrene plant.Firstly,the model is used for the simulation of condensate water pipe network.Secondly,a detailed analysis of the reasons of water hammer in actual pipe network is made.Main reasons of forming water hammer in the condensate pipe network are found out:pipe network vaporization seriously and different pressure steam condensate mixture.
