摘要
研究了TiN细化剂的组织形貌,细化剂与K4169合金基体的点阵匹配关系以及合金细化后的显微组织。结果表明:TiN细化剂与K4169合金基体的点阵常数分别为0.4187nm和0.3849nm,两者的错配度为8.78%。在一定工艺参数条件下,K4169合金添加细化剂后,宏观晶粒尺寸显著减小,枝晶间距减小,Laves相和碳化物尺寸变小,且分布更均匀。
Morphology of TiN and the relation of lattic mismatch between TiN and K4169 alloy,including microstructures of refined alloy have been investigated in this study.The results show that the lattic parameters of TiN and K4169 alloy is 0.4187 nm and 0.3849 nm,respectively,which in turn the value of mismatch is calculated as 8.5%.The macrograin size of K4169 alloy can be refined obviously with the addition of TiN.Meanwhile,it is found that the size of Laves phase and carbides changes to be smaller and the distribution of these two phases is more homogeneous under certain processing parameters.
