摘要 以有限差分法作为铸造工艺模拟研究的理论平台,利用相关模拟软件预测出转向泵铸件在浇注过程中可能出现的裹气、缩松、缩孔等缺陷,并在此基础上,结合转向泵铸件结构特点及生产实际优化铸造工艺、改进模具结构,通过理论分析与生产验证,最终获得了合格铸件。 Finite difference method is used as a theory platform,using some relevant software to investigate the casting process.It was used to simulate and predict possible defects like gas trapping,shrinkage,dispersed shrinkage and so on that could occur in the casting process.Based on this analysis result,and combined with steering pump casting structure and actual production the casting process was optimized and the die structure was improved.Through theoretical analysis and production validation,finally the satisfied castings were obtained.
