摘要
针对轿车发动机高质量和高性能铸态球墨铸铁曲轴的国产化问题,研究开发了壳型铸造曲轴工艺。几年来,通过对曲轴的壳型铸造工艺、浇注系统、发热保温冒口、铁液过滤净化、炉料配制优化以及球化孕育处理等工艺技术的研究开发,不但为大众汽车公司生产各类高质量的曲轴,而且也为南汽名爵、一汽奔腾、上海华普等开发生产了各种高质量高性能曲轴。
Shell mould casting process has been researched and developed to realize the localization of ductile iron crankshaft with high quality and high performance in automobile engines.In recent years,through research and development on the process of shell mould casting,gating system,feed head for thermal retardation,filtration and purification of iron liquid,optimization design in compound of burden and nodulizing inoculation etc.Not only Volkswagen company,but also MG,faw-pentium,shanghai maple automobile have used our kinds of high quality and high performance crankshaft.
