塑料在“轻量化”汽车中的应用及发展趋势

Application and Developing Trend of Plastics Used in "Light Weight" Automobiles

综述了目前塑料在"轻量化"汽车发展进程中的应用进展,以及塑料用于制造汽车装饰件、车身、动力系统等各系统零部件的主要品种及其制品性能。具体分析了我国车用塑料的生产和成型技术的现状以及目前存在的汽车专用塑料品种少、标准混乱等问题。讨论了车用塑料将向高性能、低成本、可回收、可降解的复合材料及塑料合金方向发展的趋势。

The parts, body, current application of plastics in ＂light weight＂ automobiles, with major plastic decoration, and power systems was introduced. The problems of auto plastics production and processing technology in China, such as the lack of special grades and standards were analyzed. It was pointed out that the developing trend of auto plastics was composites and alloys of high performance,low cost,recoverableability, and degradableability.
