中间产品贸易、不对称溢出与本土企业的技术升级——基于2002-2007年行业数据的实证研究

Intermediate goods trade,Asymmetric spillover and Local enterprises' Technology upgrade——An Analysis based on Sector's Data of China between 2002 and 2007

在国际产品内分工的背景下,本文研究了FDI技术溢出对于制造业内资企业技术升级所带来的影响。分析结果显示,无论是行业内的水平溢出,还是行业间的垂直溢出,FDI都对本土企业的研发能力起到了正向的影响。中间产品贸易对于FDI外溢效应带来的影响主要体现在垂直方向,其中前向溢出效应有所减弱,而后向溢出效应得以增强。对于中国的不同部门而言,由于参与国际分工的程度和在全球价值链中的位置不同,从而对技术溢出的渠道和效应产生影响。

This paper investigates the FDI spillover effects on the background of vertical specialization.The results of this paper demonstrate that both the Intra-industry horizontal spillover effects and the inter-industry vertical spillover effects are positive.Intermediate goods trade impacts the FDI spillover effects mainly on vertical direction,weaking the forward spillover effects while strengthening the backward spillover effects.Each sector in China has different mode to participate in the international cooperation and plays different role in the global value chain,which impacts the mechanism and effects of the FDI spillover to domestic enterprises.
