摘要
本试验研究了不同浓度的左旋肉碱(分别为0、50、100、1000 mg/L)对微绿球藻(Nannochloropsis oculata)和四膜虫(Tetrahymena sp)种群生长的影响。结果表明:添加高剂量左旋肉碱对微绿球藻种群生长有显著抑制作用(P<0.05),对四膜虫种群生长有显著促增殖作用(P<0.05)。
The effects of supplementation of L-carnitine（0,50,100,1000 mg/L respectively）on the population growth of Nannochloropsis oculata and Tetrahymena sp were revealed.The results showed that high dose of L-carnitine could inherent the growth of Nannochloropsis oculata（P 0.05）,while inhance mulitiplication of Tetrahymena sp significantly（P 0.05）.
