大淑村矿选煤厂煤泥水系统技术改造实践

Technical transformation of slurry system of Dashucun coal washery

分析了大淑村矿选煤厂煤泥水系统存在的问题,并针对煤泥特性,对煤泥水系统进行技术改造,主要措施为:新增浮选工艺系统,将现有煤泥水一段浓缩、一段回收工艺改为两段浓缩、两段回收工艺。实践证明,改造后的煤泥水处理系统运行稳定可靠,精煤灰分降低,介耗减少,经济效益显著。

Analyze the problems existed in slurry system of Dashucun coal washery. Carry out technical reforms based on the characteristics of slurry. The detail measures are adding floating system, changing one step concentration and recovery process to two steps process. The results show that the system after reforming operate stably, ash eoneent decrease, medium consumption reduce and have remarked economic benefits.
