低变质煤低温干馏生产兰炭的技术进展与分析

Technical progress and analysis of semi-coke production with low metamorphic degree coal

对低变质煤生产兰炭的技术及发展进行了总结,指出了兰炭生产不同阶段的技术发展特点。在对现行的大型干馏生产技术分析的基础上,对新一代干馏技术的发展方向提出了展望,对富氧干馏、干熄焦、微波干馏等技术的研究现状及产业化应用前景进行了分析。

Technical progress of semi-coke production with low metamorphic degree coal were introduced. The technical characteristics of different developing stages were summerized. Based on the analysis of modern technology used in practical plants, the developing trend of new distillation technology is predicted. The prospects of some new technology, such as semi-coke production with oxygen-enriched air as a agent, coke dry quenching with cold distillation gas and micro-wave distillation are introduced and analized.
