摘要 介绍了金鸡岩选煤厂煤泥水处理系统存在的入洗原煤煤质逐年恶化、煤泥水中的细粒含量增多、处理困难等问题,选用新型有机高分子凝聚剂(8103P)与聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)对煤泥水进行絮凝沉降试验,使煤泥水中的煤泥颗粒絮凝成较大的絮团而快速沉降,达到节能降耗、创效增收的目的。 Introduced is the problem confronted in slime-water system at Jinjiyan Coal Preparation Plant that the coal quality worsening by years,content of fine slime increases and the same of difficulty for its treatment;sedimentation experiment taken with new organic flocculent(8103P)and polyacryamide(PAM);larger flocs of slime thus produced and their sedimentation faster;attained are reduction of energy consumption and pollutant emission and the target of increasing both efficiency and income.
